So how does it all work?

Clean data is the first crucial step to compliance.

If you require data cleansing, we can assist for a one-time fee of $195. Data cleansing involves working through your data to fix naming errors, correct formatting issues, remove duplicates, and performing regular cleaning tasks to improve the validity of your data and help achieve a higher compliance result. If you’d like to include data cleansing with your credential audit report, let us know below when you sign up via the form.

How many credentials will you verify? Which credentials will you verify?

We’ll verify up to 500 worker records and their associated credentials. Regardless of how many credentials each individual has, we will verify credentials for a maximum of 500 people. If you provide more than 500 records, we’ll just take a sample of 500 to verify for the audit.

This allows us to provide a comprehensive overview of your workforce compliance and highlight any areas of risk. We’ll provide some key recommendations alongside your compliance status.

Which credentials do we verify?

  • Working with Children/Vulnerable People Checks (VIC, SA, WA, ACT, QLD, NT, TAS)
  • Teachers Licenses (VIC, NSW, SA, WA, ACT, QLD, NT, TAS)
  • AHPRA Registrations
  • VEVO Visa Right-to-Work check

How long will the audit take? How long is the trial?

We’ll complete and send your audit report within 3 days after receiving your workforce data via the secure data location.

Your free trial of the Oho product will last for 30 days, giving you time to experience Oho’s credential verification tool and to see the value it brings in credential compliance. After that, we will inactivate your Oho account, unless you’d like to discuss how Oho can support your organisation ongoing.

Transfer of data

We handle data transfers through a secure location to maintain the security of your information throughout the process. Once the data is uploaded into Oho and securely stored, it will be deleted from the initial upload location to further protect your data. This secure process ensures that only essential personnel have access to your information, and it is not stored in multiple locations.

Data upload - how does it work?

To generate an accurate and detailed compliance report, please provide the following following information for each worker via an excel or CSV document:

  • First, middle and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Credential number and expiration date

Once you’ve registered your interest in our audit and 30-day trial offer, we’ll set up a unique and secure SharePoint location just for your organisation to facilitate a safe upload.

When your data is successfully transferred into the Oho platform, we’ll promptly delete it from SharePoint to enhance security and limit the number of access points to your data.

Terms & conditions

Our standard terms and conditions apply to your audit and trial. These terms outline both our responsibilities and those of your organisation, ensuring clarity and a secure trial experience.

By participating in the audit or trial, you agree to comply with these terms, which can be accessed via the link provided below. If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, feel free to reach out to our team for clarification.

But we don't have an agreement?

While there is no formal contract in place, this engagement falls under Oho’s standard terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure a secure, smooth experience throughout the trial period. If you’d like additional details, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What happens to my data after the audit and trial?

Once your data is uploaded, verified, and reviewed as part of the audit, we’ll delete it from the SharePoint location.

Additionally, once your trial ends, we will deactivate all of your records on the Oho platform and cease any verification activity. This process helps to maintain data security and gives you peace of mind regarding the confidentiality of your information.

How do I pay for data cleansing?

Data cleansing is a service that enhances the quality, accuracy, and compliance status of your workforce data.  It’s especially useful if you have outdated or incomplete records, as it typically improves compliance status by 10–30%.

Make sure you mention if you’re interested in data cleansing when you sign up to the audit and trial. We’ll make sure we conduct thorough data cleansing activities to support the accuracy and compliance of your workforce data. There is a one-time fee of $195 (including GST) for this service, which we’ll invoice through a secure Stripe link upon your confirmation.

How do I decide if it's right for my organisation?

The trial provides a detailed credential audit and compliance report, which highlights any potential gaps or risks in your workforce data. With this report and your hands-on Oho experience over 30 days, you’ll gain a clear understanding of how Oho can benefit your organisation. If you’re uncertain about your workforce’s compliance status, or if you see value in automating compliance checks, the trial is an excellent opportunity to assess our platform without long-term commitment.
