Terms
  • No setup costs^ applied for 12 months of integrated recruitment screening.
  • Offer applies to agreement signed prior to 5pm, Monday June 30, 2025. 25% must be invoiced before June 30.
  • Minimum 12-month exclusive recruitment screening commitment.
  • Minimum volume 300 candidates screened across the term, with access to all Oho’s screening products including 23+ government register verified right to work checks, qualifications, embedded declarations.
    • Excludes Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks.
  • 12 months starts 14 days after UAT environment provisioned for approval. Unfounded delays to Go Live are deducted from the Free of Charge Period.
  • Must be Go Live* by September 30, 2025 for PageUp or SmartRecruiters integrated systems.
  • Must be Go Live* by December 20, 2025 for other Applicant Tracking System integrations.

What is Go Live?

*Go Live: Oho is successfully integrated with the organisation’s Applicant Tracking or recruitment system, and recruitment screening functionality is active.

 

What are setup costs?

^Setup Costs: any one-time expenses incurred to get Oho up and running including: implementation & configuration, training, data migration/upload, and technical support during onboarding.

Oho will integrate with your Applicant Tracking System.

For PageUp and SmartRecruiters, Go Live is September 30. 

For other Applicant Tracking System systems like LiveHire and JobAdder, Go Live is December 20.
